A team, comprised of clinical, medical, and administrative staff, has been established to assure continuous improvement of organizational performance (CQI). The areas of special focus within the program CQI activities are customer satisfaction, continuous process improvement, communications, planning, training, and the establishment of outcome measures and monitoring of the program’s movement toward their achievement. These activities are performed through regularly scheduled record reviews, semi-weekly Treatment Team meetings for utilization review, statistical analysis and customer satisfaction surveys. These CQI activities are monitored and evaluated by the program's Quality Assurance Committee for program enhancement opportunities.
