The Institutes for Behavior Resources, Inc. (IBR) is a non-profit organization in Baltimore dedicated to research, education and service. It was founded in 1960 for the purpose of enhancing the growth of the behavioral sciences and their application to human affairs.

Over more than 40 years, IBR has conducted a wide range of research, demonstration, training, treatment, and service programs.
